FreightWise is very diverse. We employ people from various different backgrounds and locations. We have citizens of India, Switzerland, Ireland, Canada and Jamaica on our team.

Work hard, play hard. Casual and fun, yet here to accomplish real work that adds value to our clients.
Where are some common places employees be found after work hours (pre-pandemic)?
Our typical happy hour spot is 55 South for the tap selections and wings. But, we like to follow that up with karaoke at Tin Roof 2. :-)
What do you like best about your Tennessee office location?
Our office is fun and convenient to everything south of Nashville. We are 15 min from downtown and only a few miles from Cool Springs, which makes the city very easy to navigate.
What’s the most Nashville thing about your company?
Our friendly nature is the most "Nashville thing" about our company. We take it to the next level, as we employ a full-time person that we call the Happiness Coordinator. This person helps you navigate your busy life, as well as any administrative task that might bog down your day. What do you need to help you be happy? We'll find a way to help.
What are some popular spots for team outings?
The Titans and Preds are our favorite teams, until march madness comes to town....then we like to start a competitive pool with fun prizes and even a trophy for last place.
What’s the most exciting thing about being part of the Nashville tech industry?
Nashville is dynamic and growing. The most exciting thing is the amount of talent from diverse backgrounds around the city.
How do you foster creativity, collaboration, and inclusion?
We try to do teamwork in a collaboration style fashion, where even sales and customers can suggest platform changes for a sprint.
Describe your company's impact on the Nashville tech scene. How are you fostering its growth?
We believe FreightWise is the fastest growing tech employer in the city. We are helping Nashville by being involved in our community as well as hiring and moving talent to the area.
