Our teams can usually be found checking out local breweries and good eats after work hours.

What do you like best about your Tennessee office location?

Since we’re located at Capitol View, we have quick access to restaurants, parks and other happenings in Downtown Nashville. What our team likes best is that our proximity to downtown Nashville, the Gulch, Germantown, etc. is conducive to employees being able to do things together easily after work.

What’s the most exciting thing about being part of the Nashville tech industry?

Nashville is hungry for the tech industry to be really innovative and contemporary while continuing to push boundaries in the way we approach problems. To be a part of a community and an ecosystem like that is an honor.

How do you foster creativity, collaboration, and inclusion?

We leave room for diversity of thought by avoiding speaking in absolutes. We empower our employees to continuously expand their horizons by learning from themselves and each other through open dialogue.

How have you created a modern structure that meets your employees’ diverse work styles?

By not dictating specific technologies, we encourage our teams to select the best tool to get the job done. This gives our employees the freedom to choose which programs they like best to collaborate with each other and complete tasks.
