Our differences make us stronger We’re fostering a diverse and inclusive culture where people feel safe being themselves. At TechnologyAdvice, purposeful action and measurable results drive our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. We believe a diverse and inclusive workplace is more innovative, productive, and happy, and we’re fostering a community that represents the global customers we serve. This is a big idea, but big ideas don’t scare us. While we aren’t yet where we want to be, we’re working to change that. Please join us in building a space that welcomes everyone and celebrates what makes us unique.

Describe your workplace vibe.

It’s great to be part of a fun company, but we also enjoy doing work that matters. Whether you’re in marketing, sales, accounting, or engineering, you will see the work you do make real results. We’re a nimble company; there aren’t 30 other people with the exact same job as you, and this means that the decisions you make and the hours you put in have real business impact for our team, our clients, and our future. We only hire the best and brightest because we know that every single person can make TechnologyAdvice a success. And we know that the best people like working with other smart, capable, and driven individuals. If that’s you, let’s talk!

Spending time with family and friends, playing in a company kickball league, trying new restaurants and happy hours, volunteering in the community.

What do you like best about your Tennessee office location?

Catered lunches 4 days a week and time to gather with co-workers in common areas. Unlimited snacks, Frothy Monkey coffee, and Bevi flavored water machine to keep everyone fueled for the day. Adjustable desks to ensure a comfortable and ergonomic option is available for everyone. Oh, and don't forget about plenty of free parking and easy access from the interstate.

What’s the most Nashville thing about your company?

We were born and bred in Nashville! If you walk through our office, you'll see custom paintings of the Nashville skyline and Nashville stars new and old. Signed guitars line the halls and you can definitely expect our CEO to be playing country music at the start of every team meeting. Probably the MOST Nashville thing about us is how much we value and invest in our community. We've fostered many local partnerships throughout the years, and always look to give back to Nashville - the city that's given us so much! From volunteering with organizations like Youth Villages and Second Harvest, to prioritizing ordering lunches from local restaurants, to investing in our local tech and talent community - we're focused on helping Nashville be an IT city for years to come.

What are some popular spots for team outings?

Music City Indoor Karting is always a team favorite, as well as anything that Dabble Studios puts on. We've done everything from trampoline dodgeball, to writing songs with Kidbilly Music, and always aim to experience a variety of what the city has to offer, while also being inclusive to our remote teams.

What’s the most exciting thing about being part of the Nashville tech industry?

It's full of opportunity. Being a part of a vibrant city like Nashville in an industry that has limitless potential for growth is exciting because it means that there is room for everyone to find success and make an impact. For folks just starting their career in tech, the resources are plentiful to promote learning and growth. Individuals and companies who are more established have the ability to mentor and develop others, while also shaping the future of our city.

How do you foster creativity, collaboration, and inclusion?

Our core values drive everything we do and align with fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and inclusion. We place a strong emphasis on valuing each other and the ideas and perspectives we each bring. Our team is encouraged to take risks, learn from mistakes, and innovate each step of the way.

We offer a Hybrid Work arrangement, allowing team members to work in office, remote from home, or a blend of the two. We've adapted our work environment to be conducive to our increasingly distributed team, and are always looking for ways to support our team's preferred work styles.
