Our office is very cohesive and collaborative. We work together for the success of our clients as well as the success of our teammates. We enjoy our work, and who we are doing that work with. Our social club offers members opportunities to engage in after work activities, including bowling, vineyard visits, top golf, and holiday festivities.

Where are some common places employees be found after work hours (pre-pandemic)?

We have members who enjoy a vast range of activities. You can find our members enjoying any of Nashville's amazing restaurants, enjoying music, playing video games, supporting their alma mater, and taking in local sporting activities.

Our office truly feels like a family. We're supportive of each other professionally and personally.

How do you foster creativity, collaboration, and inclusion?

We encourage members to get engaged and participate in tech community activities. We actively recruit at our local HBCUs to encourage ongoing diversity. We support members in their pursuits of additional certifications, advanced degrees, and engagement in tech clubs, societies, and the like.

Describe your company's impact on the Nashville tech scene. How are you fostering its growth?

We encourage our member's participation in the tech community. We have members participating in WiTT and NTC regularly. Our members are actively engaged in our college recruiting efforts, and present to clubs and groups in most local universities.

How have you created a modern structure that meets your employees’ diverse work styles?

Our work style is flexible. We offer a local presence for members to come into an office, support remote work, and offer flexible schedules for a strong work-life balance. Overall, we want our members to work in ways that work for them.
