We promote teamwork and employee participation in activities, representing all groups and employee perspectives. We have a Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Program where we give employees paid time off to volunteer for organizations that are important to them and this allows them to have a greater understanding and respect for diversity.

Describe your workplace vibe.

We have a passionate team who are bought in and excited about what we are doing in healthcare. We provide a fun work environment where we celebrate birthdays and service anniversaries, have fun activities like book clubs, fitness challenges, happy hours, potlucks, dress up contests, team lunches, monthly lunch and learns and more. We work hard and we have fun too!

What do you like best about your Tennessee office location?

Many top professionals in the music and healthcare industry live in Brentwood. We can travel 15 minutes and be in downtown Nashville. There are a lot of restaurants, parks and beautiful homes.

What’s the most Nashville thing about your company?

Our savings on medical procedures are music to patients’ ears.

What’s the most exciting thing about being part of the Nashville tech industry?

More than 60,000 people in our area hold technology jobs and that number has grown 36% in the last five years. Some of the large companies have brought in hundreds of jobs for locals in our communities.

We recognize each employee’s individuality. We focus on their strengths, professional goals and career interests during the annual performance review process. We empower our Interview Team to make assessments and recommendations on candidates that are being interviewed for open positions. We trust our employees and allow them to work autonomously. We provide opportunities for collaboration with stand up and product update meetings, team meetings, business updates and monthly fun activities.
