Describe your workplace vibe.
Our office is in one of the first fire stations in downtown Franklin, TN. Former tenants claim a gray-haired ghost resides here! Half of our office resembles a coffee shop with a pool table, ping pong table, tv, corn-hole, dart boards, and putting greens. We work hard together and like to have fun doing so. We have some of the most talented professionals in Nashville working for us who mentor and train up the next generation of leaders--our staffing firm allows us access to amazing people. Our office is just miles from some of the best cycling roads and parks in Williamson County. Often you'll find some of our team leaving on their bikes at lunch, running the trails around Franklin together, or walking to a local pub or coffee shop. Franklin was rated one of the best cities to live in in the US, and we are blessed to have an incredible office in the heart of it.
Where are some common places employees be found after work hours (pre-pandemic)?
You'll find our team at O be Joyful, 55 South, McCreary's Pub, and Hop House in downtown Franklin--all within blocks of our office. Also, we built our own coffee shop-type section of our office with pool tables and more. Every Thursday at 4:00 pm, we shut down to hang out together and build community.
