Describe your company's impact on the Nashville tech scene. How are you fostering its growth?

We are very involved in the Nashville community, striving to unite individuals and continue our education as well. Below are a few of the ways we are involved in the community: - Active in PyNash and PyTN coding user groups - Represented on the Tech Inclusion panel for making technology more inclusive - Participate in and sponsored a Girl Geek Dinner, promoting women in technology - Host TSU Office Hours to answer questions from college students seeking knowledge about software development - Hire team members using the Venture for America (VFA) program: VFA is a two-year commitment from recent college grads to learn about entrepreneurship and further the mission of their companies - Pre-pandemic, our office was used as a shared workspace for developers and other individuals who need workspace away from their home or office

How have you created a modern structure that meets your employees’ diverse work styles?

In 2020 we made the decision to go fully distributed. While our home base is still in Nashville, our team is working remotely on a permanent basis. We made this decision intentionally and with employee input. It is working incredibly well for us.
