Our office is in a beautiful location overlooking the Franklin public square with a fantastic view, and the proximity to amazing food, beverages, and shopping can’t be beat.

What’s the most Nashville thing about your company?

One of Thnks’ core values is to ‘always say thanks’, which is in keeping with the congenial hospitality that Nashville is known for. Additionally, our platform has a Tennessee focused category where users can send gestures of appreciation that are uniquely Tennessee/Nashville in nature, like Moon Pies, Paddywax Candles, and, of course, Jack Daniel’s Whiskey.

What’s the most exciting thing about being part of the Nashville tech industry?

The Nashville tech scene is burgeoning, and our team loves being part of the close community that Nashville provides while still maintaining access to great tech talent and opportunities to work with people at the top of their field.

How do you foster creativity, collaboration, and inclusion?

Our open office environment provides the opportunity for our employees to learn from one another and connect at the drop of a hat. We’ve hired staff to foster employee engagement, and to ensure that we’re creating an inclusive culture as we grow.

Describe your company's impact on the Nashville tech scene. How are you fostering its growth?

We’re hiring across a variety of departments, and plan to increase our hiring as the year unfolds. Since relocating from New York to Nashville, we’ve created 30+ local jobs, and we plan to continue growing our team rapidly.

How have you created a modern structure that meets your employees’ diverse work styles?

Our office provides a variety of spaces that can be used for meetings and group gatherings, heads-down individual work, and interfacing with external clients and partners. Additionally, we’ve given employees the opportunity to spend summer Friday’s working from anywhere within the Nashville community, and beyond.
