We strive to create as much diversity and inclusion as possible. We encourage diversity in our senior leadership and across all of our employees.

We allow work from home opportunities and encourage a strong team collaborative environment across our product suite. We offer a great compensation plan, benefits plan and a great open-area work environment. We schedule quarterly outings for the staff and family.
Where are some common places employees be found after work hours (pre-pandemic)?
Nashville Sounds games; Predators games. Down on Broadway and involved in civic/philanthropic activities.
What do you like best about your Tennessee office location?
Beautiful, new office building with lots of natural light. Easy access to the interstate and lots of food/retail options all close by. Central location for Rutherford, Williamson, Davidson County.
What’s the most Nashville thing about your company?
We have a lot of musicians and performers on staff.
What are some popular spots for team outings?
Corner Pub; Nashville Sounds games; go-kart racing.
What’s the most exciting thing about being part of the Nashville tech industry?
The fast growth and the diversity of all the talent coming into Nashville. As a long-time resident of Nashville, it is exciting to see everyone discovering Nashville.
How do you foster creativity, collaboration, and inclusion?
We work as small group teams internally and attempt to mix the teams together as much as possible.
Describe your company's impact on the Nashville tech scene. How are you fostering its growth?
We have been a part of the Nashville Technology Council from day one. We attempt to support and sponsor as may things as we can related to promoting the Nashville Tech scene.
How have you created a modern structure that meets your employees’ diverse work styles?
Yes. We have a nice mix of working at home combined with office time for those employees who like to work in a more collaborative way. We work on Teams extensively.
