Where are some common places employees be found after work hours (pre-pandemic)?

We are a diverse group: musicians, athletes, artists, community leaders, gamers, clinicians, and more, all with common purpose. We can be found on the town, on the water, in the studio, at the game, in the race, up on stage – but most of all, having fun and living life to the fullest.

What do you like best about your Tennessee office location?

We can occasionally hear the howler monkey and see the anteater from the back side of the Nashville Zoo…

What’s the most Nashville thing about your company?

Each year at our user conference, our “X-Band” (a musical group comprised primarily of colleagues) plays for our clients at ACME Feed & Seed.

What are some popular spots for team outings?

We enjoy Sounds games, Party Fowl, the aforementioned ACME, and any new Nashville spots!

What’s the most exciting thing about being part of the Nashville tech industry?

Nashville is a nexus for healthcare and increasingly, for the national tech scene. There’s big data, big ambition, big reality, and big talent. We are thankful to be part of Music City.

How do you foster creativity, collaboration, and inclusion?

We bring together thinkers, doers, and practitioners to learn, grow and build. Our offices offer interpersonal opportunities to connect, while our virtual town halls and forums are designed to highlight and bring together our hybrid workforce.

Describe your company's impact on the Nashville tech scene. How are you fostering its growth?

XSOLIS has grown its own presence on the national stage with clients coast to coast – but most importantly, it has shown that homegrown Nashville innovation can drive real change and real prosperity. From bootstrapped beginnings to a 240+ person workforce, XSOLIS is growing, evolving and investing in Nashville through partnerships, hiring and investment in the professional community.

How have you created a modern structure that meets your employees’ diverse work styles?

As COVID-19 made clear, the future of work is hybrid – Nashville-based colleagues have the option for a remote, hybrid or in-person work experience and we have a large cohort of fully remote colleagues. We prioritize collaboration through various channels, mediums and formats, all with the shared purpose of optimizing for how people approach work differently, yet together.
